Our Relocation Coordinators provide the highest level of service, are well equipped to handle a variety of incoming transferees, and have extensive knowledge of the local market and systems in place for managing transferees.

Getting Started - Through a short phone consultation, one of our Relocation Coordinators will learn about your unique relocation needs, design and plan a relocation experience for you.
Personalized Tours - Whether we’re working diligently to help find your new home, guiding you on a personalized tour of the Greater Nashville area, answering all of your questions, and/or working with your relocation company, this is where your move begins. Relax, we've got this.
Welcome Home - The final step comes when you’re at ease with the area in which you’ve chosen to live, purchased your new home, and chose schools, vets, healthcare providers and dry cleaners. Your Relocation Coordinator who diffused the anxiety and stress helped accomplished all this. Now you are left with pure excitement about this new chapter in your life.
Working with Sellers
Getting Started - You will be assigned to one of our Relocation Coordinators specializing in the area in which your home is located. Each of our coordinators have in depth knowledge of the Broker Analysis process required by most relocation companies. This analysis will provide the needed insight to analyze the market in your specific area. All of this information will then be passed along to the appropriate parties, along with any other documents requested within the provided timeframe.
Let’s list and sell - Once pricing is set, you are ready to list your home. All listing details are confirmed and communicated with your relocation company and a marketing plan is approved. Your Relocation Coordinator will then present offers, negotiate, ensure all documents go to the appropriate parties and, most importantly, take the stress off of you.
Hate to see you leave! - You are now onto your next chapter. You can be assured that your Relocation Coordinator is taking care of any last minute details for your move. They can coordinate movers, ensure utilities are disconnected or changed, in addition to readying the property for the new owner. All relocation documents regarding your sale will be sent to the appropriate parties. We wish you the best of luck in your next chapter and rest assured, you will be missed.
